Eagle Eye in Playrooms by Two Pixels UG is a 14-item hunt. The names and rooms below come from one Steam guide. A second player confirms only the wall clock. This is not a Dreamcore item list.

The 14 names and their rooms
Munty lists them as Toy Block in the Playroom; Bookshelf and Gramophone in the Waiting Area; Coffee Table and Three Seat Couch in the Backrooms; Telescope and Armchair in the Poolroom; Wall Clock and Copper Icosahedron in the School; Television and Abstract Sculpture in the Hotel; Feeding Bowl, Desk Plant, and Tall Plant in the Office. A discussion thread places the wall clock under the School stairs, which is why that one row can say two sources. The same thread mentions a gramophone in a green room. Munty already files the gramophone under Waiting, and the maze is inside Waiting, so I do not count the thread as a second independent find.
Effects that were actually described: the gramophone plays music in the office and can be switched off, and the television can change channels. Everything else is filed as office decoration. The couch trip, with full stamina and coffee, is estimated at about three minutes by that same guide. The Backrooms page repeats the estimate and does not add turns.
Why most location cells are empty
Ten of the fourteen finds have a screenshot and no landmark sentence. I would rather show a dash than describe a corner I have not read. The pictures remain on the guide. Sparrows, the other collection, are on Sparrows. The achievement list that Eagle Eye belongs to is Achievements.
