Privacy Policy for Playrooms.pro
Playrooms.pro is the guide at this domain, run by the operator reachable at [email protected]. This policy describes the services configured in this build and the controls available to visitors.

What loads on the first page view
Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-MMX6T57RFL), Microsoft Clarity (project z9s3x7yydd) and Adsterra advertising (publisher 3403020) load as soon as a page opens. No consent click is needed: if your browser has no stored choice, the site records granted and loads them, then shows a banner that explains this and offers Accept and Reject.
Reject is a real off switch. It disables Google Analytics, sets all four Google consent signals to denied, tells Clarity to withdraw consent, and removes advertising scripts. The page then reloads to dispose of vendor timers already running in memory. The refusal is stored for 180 days, so these three services do not load on subsequent pages until you change it through Cookie settings in the footer. Global Privacy Control is treated as a refusal even on a first visit.
YouTube is the one exception: a video card shows only a local poster image, and the youtube-nocookie.com player is created after you press Play. The sections below describe what is contacted in each case.
Google Analytics 4
gtag.js is served from googletagmanager.com and sends page views to google-analytics.com. Google Analytics may set the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_MMX6T57RFL`. The initial consent defaults deny ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization and grant analytics_storage; the default-on choice then updates those signals. ads_data_redaction is enabled before configuration. Property retention settings have no recorded value in this build.
Use Reject to stop analytics requests on this site. You can also block cookies in your browser or use Google’s opt-out add-on. Requests already sent before Reject cannot be recalled.
Microsoft Clarity
Clarity records session interactions and heatmaps, including clicks, scroll depth and page markup, and receives request metadata such as IP address. It loads by default from www.clarity.ms/tag/z9s3x7yydd and scripts.clarity.ms and reports to regional *.clarity.ms hosts. Reject disables it and reloads the page.
Clarity may set first-party _clck and _clsk cookies and vendor storage. Additional cookies and retention depend on Microsoft’s current service configuration; no project-specific retention value is recorded in this build.
Reject calls clarity('consent', false), removes its loader and reloads into the stored refusal. See Microsoft’s privacy statement for Microsoft’s data handling.
Adsterra advertising
Adsterra (publisher 3403020) serves two formats on this site: Native Banner unit 32137157 inside the article flow, and Social Bar unit 32137158, the floating bar pinned to the bottom-right corner. Adult ads are switched off in the Adsterra panel. The ad scripts are served from bicea.org and are created by this site's own loader, so they never block the first paint.
Adsterra loads by default and Reject disables it. Its creative hosts may receive IP address and browser metadata and may set their own cookies and identifiers for frequency capping, fraud prevention and measuring views. The reviewed first page views requested bicea.org; creative destinations can vary by campaign. This site writes only the first-party key pr_socialbar_closed, which remembers for 180 days that you closed the floating bar.
The banner offers withdrawal through Reject and remembers it for 180 days. Read Adsterra’s privacy policy for its advertising data practices.
YouTube
Pressing Play creates an iframe from youtube-nocookie.com. Until then no request goes to Google for the video. Once the player starts, YouTube receives your IP address, browser details and request metadata and may use cookies or browser storage according to its current player behaviour. See Google’s privacy policy. Rejecting site tracking does not undo a video you explicitly chose to start.
Keys this site writes, and for how long
The site’s own code writes the localStorage entries below. GA4 and Clarity may also set first-party cookies on this origin; other vendor state can live on vendor domains.
- localStorage pr_consent — your choice (granted or denied) and its expiry, 180 days. Clearing site data deletes it.
- localStorage pr_socialbar_closed — that you closed the Adsterra Social Bar, 180 days.
- No first-party advertising or analytics cookie is set by this site's own code.
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask for a copy of anything you sent by email, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to measurement and advertising. Write to [email protected]; the request is handled there. The stored choice controls which services are requested on later page views.
Cookie settings in the footer reopens the banner at any time. Clearing site data in your browser also removes the stored choice, after which the next visit loads the default set again. Do Not Track is not a reliable signal and is not used here; Global Privacy Control is honoured.
FAQ
Do ads and analytics load before I choose?
Yes. On a first visit with no stored choice, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra load immediately and a banner explains it. Reject removes them and is remembered for 180 days.
How do I change my mind?
Use Cookie settings in the footer, or clear site data for playrooms.pro. Reject stores a denied choice for 180 days and the vendors do not load again on the next visit.
