Playrooms (Two Pixels) Patch Notes and Updates

Demo week

12 Oct 2026: the demo opens as a trial shift. 13 Oct through 15 Oct and 20 Oct: demo fixes for the interact key, tool hotkeys, the controller menu, Y-axis invert, a stamina readout, Lightmap Resolution, pit colours, and a save-load fix. I am summarizing those posts in a line each. The full sentences remain on Steam.

Launch week

28 Oct: the planned release is cancelled because final review is unfinished. 30 Oct: still no day, not before Monday, expected mid-week. 4 Nov: the build is approved for 7:30 PM CET, and the post adds a whiteboard, two hands, a colour-sorting achievement, and French, Spanish, Italian, and Brazilian Portuguese. The same day starts a community ball event. 5 Nov: a thank-you post says 500,000,000 balls are passed. A second 5 Nov post, titled Patch Notes for November 6, shows unlocks when a pit is full, a one-restart language setting, vents that keep working and store bonus balls, a range upgrade that stops pulls through walls, School locker and 100% clean fixes, Hotel ceiling balls, School television and wall-top balls, a Green Office night portal fix, and keyboard fixes for Arcade and PitDash.

6 Nov: goal 4 is 5,000,000,000 balls by 15 Nov, the patch says certain events now use only balls from the current room, enter-room achievements no longer unlock early, Hotel and Poolroom stuck balls move to the floor, and Cozy locks the Green Office with the hub at night. The goal table is on the community event page. School cleaning fixes belong with ball pits.
